The client relied on physical registers to track customer credit and mortgaged jewelry. Retrieving a customer's record and calculating their outstanding balance manually was incredibly time-consuming. During peak business hours, this manual process caused severe bottlenecks, leading the client to occasionally miss out on collecting payments simply because they lacked the time to find the correct ledger entry.Our Solution
We developed a robust, bespoke Ledger and Rahan (Mortgage) Management System. The application creates individual digital accounts for every customer. With a quick search, the client can instantly view a customer's complete history, including outstanding balances and mortgaged items, completely eliminating the need for physical registers.Results & Impact
