All software architecture, source code, design elements, UI/UX layouts, and technical documentation provided through Josmith Services remain the exclusive intellectual property of Josmith Services. Clients are granted a non-exclusive, revocable license to utilize the tools for their intended architectural purposes.

All taxes, duties, and levies associated with the purchase of our services are the responsibility of the client, unless otherwise stated in the invoice.

Josmith Services shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our architectural software solutions or consultancy services.

While we strive to maintain the highest standards of technical accuracy and system reliability, clients acknowledge that software systems may experience temporary interruptions due to maintenance, third-party dependencies, or unforeseen technical constraints.

Clients are solely responsible for ensuring that their usage of our services complies with local, national, and international laws applicable to their jurisdiction.
